Delivery costs

Pending on the size of the order, Delivery cost are calculated in the shopping page based around picking up from a freight depot or a Business with a forklift. For additional details call our office on 1800 255943 for a freight quote. 

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched on Mondays to Thursday each week.

Pickup

To save on freight charges, pick up is available from our Pakenham warehouse by prior arrangement. We cannot accept any liability for damage incurred during transportation to/from this depot under these circumstances.

Returns

All goods are to be returned to the 8 Venture Way, Pakenham, Victoria 3810. Customers are required to pay full freight on returns. Once the product(s) are received in good resalable condition a full refund is applied. Damaged goods

Upon receipt please send photos of any damaged goods via email to admin@ustik.com.au for a prompt response and resolution.
