How Ustik was born
Ustik was founded in 2018 by Jeff Herdman in Warragul, Victoria. Ustik was founded after Jeff and
his team identified an opportunity for DIY-ers to install their own hard wearing and durable floors. In
general, professional flooring installers add dollars to their project, meaning that people were paying
more or less the same cost for installation as the product. With Ustik’s patented flooring system, the
installer is not needed. Ustik meets all the needs of people prepared to have a go at DIY projects.
Why is Ustik Special
Ustik special patented pressure sensitive glue stays in a tacky state for the life of the product. Being
tacky it provides DIY installers with multiple opportunities to correctly lay the product in the correct
position. The Rubber backing is also unique to the market and provides comfort, acoustic and
